Daily exercise is important in maintaining our health and wellness .It has a huge impact on mental and emotional health .
Current guidelines recommend at least 30 mins of activity daily . This does not need to be gym sessions or extreme bouts of high intensity training ,walking can be a great way to get some steps in . Walking outside in nature has been proven to help with stress reduction and also great for mental health .
